I have used many different tools to build roadmaps. Google Sheets, Slides, Aha!, Product Plan, RoadMunk, Apptio Target Process, and JIRA. Regardless of the tool the purpose is always the same. Roadmaps inform discussion, priorities, expectation setting, and clarity on where we want to take our products.
From an idea to reality my team launched the Gordon Now digital assistant to thousands of users and over 50K downloads. It helps customers with tasks and questions across mobile app, voice, and chat. Building an entire data platform with GCP and MicroStrategy has "changed the game" for Gordon Food Service analysts, management, and executives. We built a series of dashboards backed by a highly stable and scalable data lake, data warehouse, and event streams. This was an entire replatform from top to bottom and has been an exciting long term strategy we have made possible.
